Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Grand Island Needleworks. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Fabric cut to order cannot be returned unless there is a defect or shipping error.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
